Skydive Australia offer various departure times daily, so you can choose a time to suit your schedule
You will need to make your own way to the Shute Harbour Airport located in Flametree, just 10 min drive from Airlie Beach. A bus service is also available. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a friendly team member and after a quick check in, you will be given a briefing of your tandem skydive and fitted with your tandem equipment.
After settling into the aircraft with you experienced tandem master we depart on climb to your jump height.
Take in the breathtaking views of the famous Whitsunday Islands as we climb to altitude.
After hooking up to your tandem master the aircraft door will be opened, Wow!!!
Moving forward to the exit.. a final brief from your tandem master and your out on the thrill of your lifetime.
Feel the wind in your hair as you and your tandem master accelerate up to 190 km/hr. An adrenaline pumping experience as you free fall for up to 60 seconds. When the parachute opens, take in the 5-7 min breathtaking views as you gently float back down to earth.
